Job Description
Ariba System Support:
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing Contracts Buying & Invoicing Supplier Management).
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues working with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
- Maintain system configurations user roles and permissions.
- Conduct training sessions and create user guides for internal stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage procurement-related projects including system upgrades process improvements and new module implementations.
- Develop project plans timelines and resource allocations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Track project progress manage risks and report status to stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with procurement sourcing finance IT and other departments to understand business needs.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business users.
- Facilitate change management and adoption of new processes or tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Supply Chain or related field.
- 3 years of experience with SAP Ariba and project management.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and systems integration.
- Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Power Suite expertise (back-end build of PowerBI PowerApps etc.)
