At WTW we help clients turn risk into a path for growth. As a Lead Relationship Manager (LRM) / Senior Broker in our Marine & Marine Offshore team youll be at the helm of strategic client relationshipsdriving commercial success leading cross-functional teams and delivering seamless high-impact solutions.
What Youll Be Doing
- Act as the strategic lead and trusted advisor for key clients
- Own client relationships profitability and satisfaction
- Lead account planning annual reviews and opportunity development
- Coordinate internal resources across placement claims and service delivery
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (IDD GDPR KYC etc.)
- Drive adoption of CRM tools (Dynamics TCT Bizcore) and reporting platforms
- Collaborate with Sales Ops and LOB leaders to unlock cross-segment growth
- Support Brokers and Assistants in operational execution and project delivery
What Success Looks Like
- Revenue growth and client satisfaction (NPS)
- High CRM and tech utilization
- Strong adherence to WTWs placement model and compliance standards

QualificationsWhat You Bring
- Proven experience in international shipping insurance risk advisory or similar
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management
- Fluent in Norwegian & English
- Proficiency in Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook and CRM platforms
- A proactive collaborative and client-focused approach
- IDD qualification required
