Job Summary
Offshore & Special Purpose is a growing and strategically important area within Propulsion & Handling. We develop and deliver advanced handling solutions used in some of the worlds most demanding offshore and maritime operations. With increasing market opportunities and an ambitious technology roadmap ahead we are now strengthening our leadership team.

About the Role
We are looking for a Manager Products to lead the Offshore & Special Purpose product area and drive our strategic this role you will be responsible for the full product portfolio the long-term technology roadmap and market positioning shaping the future direction of our solutions. This is a key leadership role with strong business impact working closely with technology sales and delivery organisations across Kongsberg Maritime.
What You Will Do
Set a clear strategic direction for the product portfolio.
Lead empower and develop the Technical Product Manager teams.
Identify market trends customer needs and new business opportunities.
Align product strategy with commercial goals and technology development.
Manaageproduct economics lifecycle performance and profitability.
Drive innovation initiatives R&D projects and supplier collaborations.

Qualifications
Proven experience in product management ideally within maritime offshore or other complex technical domains.
Strategic and analytical mindset with solid execution skills.
Leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
Strong commercial understanding and the ability to balance business and technical priorities.
Degree in technology or business (or equivalent experience).
This position may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority clearance through the Civil Aviation Authority or a background check. Please note that this may affect the offer process or employment.
