The Role
Were looking for a highly adaptable and experienced Tech Lead who thrives in solving complex problems across diverse technologies. This role involves working on a variety of client and internal projects each with its own unique requirements. Youll help define technical direction take ownership of solutions and lead development efforts across multiple domains and technology stacks.
What Youll Do
- Lead and deliver high-quality software across various tech stacks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into reality
- Own the full development lifecyclefrom architecture to deployment
- Mentor team members and guide them through technical challenges
- Explore and adopt new tools and frameworks
- Build proof-of-concepts for cutting-edge solutions
What Were Looking For
- 5 years of experience with modern technologies (.NET React Angular Python etc.)
- Flexibility to work across different stacks
- Strong grasp of scalable architecture and design patterns
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure AWS GCP)
- Experience with DevOps CI/CD and containers
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
