What Youll Be Doing
- Be a trusted go-to for employee relationshelping solve challenges coaching managers and supporting employees with fairness and care.
- Keep our benefits programs running smoothly and make sure our people know how to get the most from them.
- Partner with leaders on performance managementfrom goal-setting to growth plans.
- Drive culture and engagement initiatives that make work feel more than just a job.
- Keep everything organized accurate and compliant (because the details matter!).
What Were Looking For
- 5 years of HR experience with hands-on work in employee relations benefits and performance management.
- An outgoing approachable personalityyoure someone people naturally want to talk to.
- Detail-oriented with great follow-throughyou catch what others might miss.
- A problem-solver who balances empathy with practicality.
- A natural culture builder who believes HR should make work better (and more fun!).
