Were looking for a confident organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person for getting things this role youll provide critical support to seven Regional Managers across our Customer & Destinations (CCD) team helping to keep operations smooth schedules aligned and communication flowing.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety takes pride in being two steps ahead and knows how to manage competing priorities with calm and clarity.

About the role

  • Manage diaries and travel arrangements for Regional Managers
  • Provide admin support to the C&D Leadership Team including updates to contact lists org charts MyScentre pages and weekly People Announcements
  • Coordinate quarterly planning days including logistics room bookings and catering
  • Own the rhythm of team meetingscompile agendas track actions take minutes and keep things on schedule
  • Prepare weekly team meeting agendas and assign chairs and minute takers
  • Assist with approvals and signature coordination
  • Build strong working relationships with Regional Managers Centre Managers stakeholders and fellow PAs
