Graphic Design Manager
Purpose of the role
We are looking for a highly creative organised and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our central team based in India. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the visual identity of our global brand by developing high-quality premium content that makes a lasting impact. Working at group level you will bring concepts to life with originality and precision ensuring every design reflects our brand values while engaging diverse audiences across multiple regions.
In this role you will be responsible for delivering technical excellence and creative innovation across both online and offline platforms. From campaign design to brand governance you will play a key role in ensuring consistency scalability and visual impact across our schools and regions worldwide. By combining creative flair with disciplined execution you will help us strengthen our global presence and elevate how our brand is experienced across all touchpoints.
Key responsibilities Brand Governance & Strategy
Brand Governance & Strategy
- Ensure strict alignment of all creative outputs with the groups brand guidelines tone of voice and overall marketing strategy.
- Act as a guardian of brand identity providing guidance and support to regions and schools on correct brand application.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of brand guidelines and global toolkits refreshing templates and introducing new design standards.
2. Creative Design & Campaign Delivery
- Produce practical yet creative design solutions with high visual impact from concept through to execution.
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously managing briefs coordinating with stakeholders and delivering multi-channel assets.
- Develop layouts illustrations logos infographics and design compositions for campaigns and initiatives.
- Adapt creative assets across different platforms formats and sizes to maximize impact and coherence.
- Provide final production artworks in suitable formats for both digital and print:
- Offline: brochures flyers newsletters press dossiers prospectuses billboards roll-ups merchandising corporate elements.
- Online: websites social media (static & video) email newsletters online publications digital banners.
- Create templates and standardised assets for efficient local adaptation across regions and schools.
- Design and edit videos with basic motion graphics to support campaigns and global storytelling.
3. Digital & Innovation
- Support design conceptualisation for websites portals and digital platforms (e.g. landing pages microsites).
- Create high-impact visual assets for presentations and reports (e.g. infographics board-level decks dashboards investor comms).
- Research test and introduce new design trends tools and technologies (AI AR/VR interactive design) that enhance group-wide impact.
- Apply accessibility and inclusivity standards to all digital outputs.
4. Systemisation & Asset Management
- Develop and manage an asset library (icons illustrations patterns photography video snippets) to support scalability across markets.
- Curate archive and manage a databank of suitable images and visual assets.
- Govern the implementation and ongoing use of the corporate Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform.
5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with group regional and school-level marketing and communications teams to support design needs.
- Partner with copywriters content creators and digital specialists to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Coordinate with external agencies printers and suppliers as needed.
- Provide guidance mentoring or training to regional/local designers or school-based content owners to elevate design standards.
6. Workflow Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Manage design requests through a centralised workflow system ensuring transparency prioritisation and timely delivery.
- Track and report on progress output volume turnaround times and adoption of templates.
- Implement a quality assurance process to review global assets before release.
- Schedule and complete projects efficiently balancing multiple priorities across global and regional needs.
- Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the company.
Skills qualifications and experience
- Bachelors degree or Higher Diploma in graphic design Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent with a keen interest and talent in creative work.
- 3 years of graphic design experience creating and implementing outstanding visuals at an advertising agency or in-house creative department.
- Highly proficient in design software and technologies (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop Canva etc)
- Experience in photography photo editing videography video editing and post-production (AE Adobe Premiere Adobe Photoshop)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.
- A clear understanding of traditional marketing digital marketing social media production website design corporate identity product packaging advertisements and multimedia design.
- Highly creative but at the same time must have a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Detail-oriented well-organised and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; good team worker
- Project management ability to multitask and to meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English additional languages like Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
- Experience in educational environments is a plus but not required.
