Job Summary

The Foundation Executive Assistant provides high-level support to the Foundation President ensuring smooth operations effective communication and strong donor and board engagement. This role manages the Presidents calendar correspondence and special projects while also contributing to fundraising stewardship and governance efforts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Presidents calendar meetings travel and correspondence.
  • Serve as point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Support donor stewardship and conduct prospect research.
  • Coordinate board meetings materials and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain accurate records generate reports and create presentations.
  • Collaborate with accounting to process gifts and expenditures.
  • Assist with office operations and special projects as needed.

Requirements


Required:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field OR 5 years as an Executive Assistant (nonprofit/foundation experience preferred).
  • Strong communication organizational and data management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to create polished presentations.
  • Discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive information.

Preferred:

  • Experience with donor research and fundraising systems.
  • Knowledge of nonprofit board governance.
