Experience: At least 7 years with a minimum of 5 years in strategic partnerships/business development roles with large impact funders CSRs or impact-driven organisations
Role Overview
As the Senior Manager Growth & Impact you will play a pivotal role in identifying developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with the broader education and development ecosystem. You will be responsible for co-creating opportunities for deploying ConveGenius solutions by aligning with the missions of large-scale CSR programs foundations philanthropies and NGOs.
This role requires a passionate and driven professional who understands the intersection of education technology and social impact and is experienced in navigating complex partnership landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development
Identify and build strategic partnerships with NGOs CSR heads philanthropic foundations and multilateral agencies aligned with ConveGenius mission.
Lead end-to-end partnership cycleprospecting pitch development proposal writing negotiations and onboarding.
Design and co-create programs with partners that enable deployment of EdTech solutions at scale in low-resource settings.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build trust-based relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the education ecosystem.
Work closely with product implementation and strategy teams to craft compelling value propositions for partners.
Revenue & Project Mobilisation
Drive revenue from partnerships through grants CSR-funded initiatives and collaborative projects.
Track and report on partnership pipeline conversions and project outcomes.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic partnerships or fundraising in the development sector EdTech or impact-focused enterprises.
Demonstrated success in partnering with large impact funders CSR teams foundations or large-scale NGOs.
Excellent communication proposal writing and relationship-building skills.
Passionate about education equity and technology-led transformation.
MBA Masters in Development Studies Public Policy or a related field from a top-tier institution is preferred.
