Whats the role
To coordinate and fulfil evidence requests issued by the Housing Ombudsman as well as ensuring timely compliance with orders that form part of Housing Ombudsman Determinations. This includes liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders in order to successfully action orders.
This role is temporary for 12 months.

In addition to having a strong resident focus you will have a keen eye for detail and accuracy ensuring that we meet the necessary compliance deadlines set by the Housing Ombudsman. Your strong written and verbal communication skills will enable you to articulate complex information clearly and effectively. Additionally you will have the ability to present themes and trends related to complaints that are escalated to the Housing Ombudsman providing valuable insights that can drive improvements in our service delivery. Your passion for customer resolution will help identify patterns and trends of resident dissatisfaction allowing us to proactively address issues and enhance our response to resident concerns.
Location
The job is primarily based in Laurence HouseCatford London SE6 4RU but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.
