Your main objective is to bus and sanitize the restaurant tables using the 3 steps method.
High (Pick every dish glass cup utensil and trash from the table. Spray with sanitizer and wipe).
Middle (Make sure all chairs are clean. Pull chair out to sweep the floor and then push chairs in).
Low (Pick up any utensils that may have fallen trash and sweep the floor).
Take the bus tubs back to the dishpit and empty it by scraping food remaining and trash into the trash can. Make sure you are leaving the dishes in an organized fashion. Empty the glasses and cups into the drink bucket and put the glasses into the glasses rack.
Run glasses through the dishwasher.
Sort silverware so it can be run for the second time through the dishwasher.
Make sure you have clean and enough rags in each section of the restaurant.
Make sure you have a bucket with 1 sanitizing tablet in it.
Exchange the sani bucket every 3 hours
Help deliver chips and salsa. When refilling chips and salsa bring a new basket and new bowl of salsa.
Help deliver water to tables and silverware when there is no host.
Help keep chips warmer full.
Help keep floor clear of trash
Look around the restaurant and see if you could pre-buss tables (empty plates silverware glasses and trash).
Help refill water around the restaurant.
Help keep the chip baskets lined with paper
RESTOCK any monkey dishes for salsa and chips baskets from the dishwasher large medium and side plates.
This does not limit your duties. Everyones job is everyones job. Your manager may ask you to do some other tasks if there is no other support staff.
