Location:
This position is based at theFour Points by Sheraton Hotel & Conference Center in Norwood MA supporting both the One Bistro Restaurant. The property is owned byHobbs Brook Real Estate LLC the real estate division ofFM offering a dynamic hospitality environment with strong organizational support.

Shift Hours:

• 4pm-11pm Tuesday and Wednesdays
• Flexibility required to work other shiftsas needed to support business operations

Holidays:

• This is a24/7 operation so holiday coverage is required
• Christmas Day is the only exception

Responsibilities

• Work with restaurant staff to create a positive dining experience for guests.
• Greet customers while bringing bread to tables.
• Clean tables and remove dishes after guests have finished dining.
• Carry loads of soiled dishes to the dishwasher to be cleaned.
• Be able to remain focused and on-task during busy hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not necessary.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Eye for detail.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs. or more.
• Willing to stand or walk for extended periods.

The hiring range for this position is $6.80 to $8.50 per hour plus tips. The position is eligible to participate in career development opportunities free meals Sheraton/Marriott employee discount at participating hotels with successful completion of required ongoing training and Free Parking!
