Were seeking a Business Development / Inside Sales Representative to join our team onsite at our Northeast Philadelphia headquarters and help drive new business opportunities while building strong relationships with our customers.

What Youll Do

As a Business Development / Inside Sales Representative youll be on the front lines of our growth. Youll identify prospects nurture leads and convert opportunities into long-term customer relationships. Your focus will be on helping customers bring their custom apparel ideas to life while hitting sales goals and contributing to team success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls emails and networking.

• Manage inbound leads respond to customer inquiries and guide them through the ordering process.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Understand customer needs and recommend the best products and services.

• Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure orders meet customer expectations.

• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.

• Accurately track sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.

What Were Looking For

• 13 years of experience in business development inside sales or a customer-facing sales role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Comfort with high-volume outreach (calls emails follow-ups).

• Experience with CRM software a plus.

• Prior experience in printing apparel or a related industry is a plus but not required.
