Were looking for a Senior Product Manager Payments Platform (FX) to own the evolution of Flywires FX trading systems. Sitting at the intersection of product engineering and global payment operations this role shapes how Flywire executes spot trades manages hedging and develops the next generation of FX and liquidity products including potential use of stablecoins.
Reporting to the VP of Product Management Payments Platform youll design and deliver scalable FX infrastructure across regions and trading hubs partnering with engineers traders and external providers to ensure Flywire delivers reliable cost-efficient and innovative FX capabilities for our clients.
What Youll Do
- Own the product vision and roadmap for Flywires FX platform ensuring it supports trading at scale across multiple regions
- Design and deliver next-generation systems for spot execution hedging and new FX products
- Partner with engineering to build scalable resilient systems supporting global trading hubs
- Collaborate with FX trading risk management and finance to align product capabilities with business needs
- Drive integration with liquidity providers and ensure best-in-class connectivity via FIX APIs and other trading protocols
- Translate market trends client requirements and operational insights into clear product requirements
- Embed compliance and risk management throughout the product lifecycle
- Work across Flywire teams Operations Treasury Finance Engineering and Payments Strategy to deliver end-to-end solutions
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- 7 years building FX trading systems or capital markets platforms with strong knowledge of spot trading hedging and liquidity management
- Deep expertise in FX APIs and integrating with liquidity providers
- Proven track record of building scalable global systems supporting multiple trading hubs and high transaction volumes
- Strong technical acumen; comfortable working with engineers on architecture data and design decisions
- Structured thinker who can simplify complex workflows into clear product requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to align technical and non-technical teams
- Experience in fintech payments or financial services is a strong plus
- Curiosity adaptability and a bias for execution
