These foundational systems include clearly defined and consistently reinforced school-wide behavioral expectations acknowledgement and response strategies and fair developmentally appropriate consequence strategies.A strong emphasis will be placed on the integration of behavioral and social-emotional learning support within an interconnected systems framework. This approach recognizes that promoting positive behavior and social-emotional competence are foundational to creating safe supportive and inclusive learning environments. By aligning behavioral expectations with social-emotional skill development we aim to increase student readiness to learn and foster a positive school climate where all students can :Broad representation of staff members including an administrator(s) school adjustment counselor(s) teacher(s) BCBA(s).DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Work as a member of the school based MTSS Behavior-SEL team to monitor support and refine the implementation of school wide behavior and SEL systems and structures. Work as a team to educate all building staff on behavior systems and as a team to integrate behavior systems into current SEL work and as a team to develop a system for regular analysis of behavioral and social emotional-mental health :$500 stipend upon completion of meetingsFUNDING CODE:Pending Title IV Grant Funding
