Position Overview

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) you will play a critical role in fueling our growth. Youll engage inbound leads educate prospects on our ecosystem of solutions and guide them through the decision-making process from discovery to close.

This is a high-impact opportunity for driven professionals seeking to accelerate their careers in a fast-paced performance-driven environment where results are rewarded and growth is unlimited.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage prospects via phone video email and online channels delivering clear and compelling presentations

  • Lead prospects through the sales journey address objections and consistently close new business

  • Meet and exceed individual quotas KPIs and revenue targets

  • Track all interactions and pipeline progress using CRM tools (Salesforce HubSpot or similar)

  • Collaborate with leadership and teammates to refine sales strategies and share best practices

  • Participate in ongoing coaching training and skill development programs

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years of success in sales account management or business development (B2B or B2C)

  • Proven ability to prospect build rapport and close deals in a quota-driven environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills able to quickly build trust and credibility

  • Highly motivated by results and driven to exceed goals

  • Proficiency with CRMs and digital sales tools (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred)

  • Thrives in a dynamic fast-changing environment and embraces new challenges
