Dispatch Coordinator $24/hr Starting Join the Harts Services Team
Location: Tacoma WA Full-Time

Were looking for a Dispatch Coordinator who can keep our service operations running like clockwork. Youll be the heartbeat of our scheduling and communication process ensuring our technicians are in the right place at the right time and our customers feel informed and cared for every step of the way.
What Youll Do:
- Schedule and dispatch service calls to field technicians
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and updates
- Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed
- Keep accurate records in our dispatch and CRM systems
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time positions available
- Hours: Day shift (exact hours TBD)
- Pay $24 - 26/hour (with opportunities for growth)
