Manage Hotel Investment Conferences worldwide
- Prepare governance & calendar
- Oversee TOP 15 conferences and coordinate between divisions local teams and Comms
- Support local teams and provide all necessary tools
- Measure impact and KPIs and make necessary adjustments
- Prepare CDOs panels and speaking opportunities
Create and update sales tools for developers
- Includes Why join Accor Why invest Pitch OVP videos etc
- Liaise with all teams at Accor to update and improve on a bi-yearly basis
- Support to strategy team to translate Owner Value proposition into development sales tools
Manage external communications
- Manage Linkedin CDOs account and promote Accor solutions to B2B audience
- Work collaboratively with corporate comms team to enhance Accor visibility to owners and investors (PR mainly). Prepare interviews for CDOs.
- Contribute to Accor development website
- Prepare comms materials for Partners (existing and prospects): roadshows newsletters etc
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in communications/marketing
- 2 years in Development Sales or Marketing / Communications
- Strong affinity with hospitality and B2B
- Strategic oriented and analytical mind
- Excellent communications skills (writing and speaking)
- Ability to work transversally
