Job Summary
About your tasks:
- Strategic Vision & Vision Alignment: Manage change and stakeholders to ensure a sustainable and long lasting transformative effect
- Change & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with IT finance and other relevant departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and ensure seamless integration of new processes and tools.
- Project Management & Execution: Manage and execute transformation projects aimed at improving IT controlling processes ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring & Metrics Setup: Setup metrics to continuously monitor the progress and performance of the transformation efforts.
- Sustainability of Change & Continuous Improvement: Focus on continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the whole IT organisation. Ensure compliance with internal policies industry standards and regulatory requirements related to IT financial management.
Qualifications :
About you:
- Prior experience in transformation and change projects ideally within a multinational matrix organisation.
- Background in operational excellence process optimisation and change management with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct detailed analyses and support decision-making processes.
- Experience with stakeholder management at all levels including executive and senior management ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.
- Strong knowledge on process design and management methodologies (experience with BPMN or other process mapping methodologies is a plus).
- Experience with introducing and maintaining performance management in IT organisations is a plus.
- Certifications in Project Management (e.g. PMP) Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum Kanban) and/or Process Improvement (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
