We are looking for a hands-on technical Manager of DevOps to lead and grow our DevOps capabilities across one or more product domains. You will manage a small but impactful team set technical direction and partner with engineering infrastructure and security teams to drive adoption of modern DevOps and DevSecOps practices.
This is both a leadership and technical role you will mentor your team shape architecture decisions contribute to technical stories review code and actively participate in design discussions to ensure delivery excellence through automation CI/CD and cloud-native solutions.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $ 118500-$181700 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location education experience knowledge and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What Youll Do
- Lead measure and evolve DevOps and DevSecOps capabilities usingDORA principles.
- Establish technical direction for DevOps initiatives ensuring guidelines for CI/CD pipelines infrastructure as code (IaC) and cloud deployments.
- Work directly on technical stories implement solutions conduct code reviews and contribute to architectural design decisions.
- Own the end-to-end design implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for high-scale high-velocity environments.
- Partner with architecture engineering and governance teams to mature ourCloud Platformadoption and deployment strategies.
- Drive tooling process and capability improvements in close collaboration with infrastructure security and software engineering teams.
- Mentor and coach direct reports encouraging technical excellence and professional growth.
- Support live site operations participate in incident resolution and champion reliability engineering practices.
What Were Looking For
Education:Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or related field.
Experience:
- 8 years in software engineering with at least 3 years in a global engineering leadership role.
- Proven track record leading DevOps teams on CI/CD and IaC automation initiatives.
- Expertise in public cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure also considered) Kubernetes and serverless architectures.
- Good understanding of cloud networking concepts -including VPC design subnets routing firewall rules load balancers and DNS in a public cloud environment.
- 5 years working with IaC tools such as Terraform Ansible or Helm.
- 4 years with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI Jenkins Github Actions.
- Experience delivering reliability metrics (availability error budgets failure rates) and setting up cloud monitoring/dashboards.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of SDLC Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to prioritize and remain calm under pressure.
- Positive attitude with a history of inspiring change.
