Job Description
As a TPM for Roblox Creator you will make a huge impact by driving our engineering efforts to build and ship technical solutions to enable great creator experiences. Specifically you will build cross-functional technical programs for technology build rollout expansion adoption and communication. This is a unique opportunity to be an early member of our team and help define what a great TPM can be.
You will:
Manage Creator programs end-to-end driving alignment between program objectives and the companys long-term vision in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management leads to define workflows scopes of work milestones and execution plans in standard documentation.
Contribute to holistic program direction by identifying gaps in strategy definition and execution and developing plans to address them.
Enable engineering teams to stay focused on priorities and effectively manage all phases of projects.
Establish and maintain strong cross-functional communication and collaboration.
Drive the build release expansion and adoption of technologies and lead efforts to automate manual processes.
Communicate program and project health risks and timeline impacts to technical and product leads as well as other stakeholders.
You have:
Experience as a technical leader with domain expertise in software or systems engineering.
A track record of working across multiple tech stacks.
Experience building relationships across multi-disciplinary and geographically distributed teams.
A history of identifying critical technical problems and opportunities.
A data-driven strategic mindset with the ability to translate ideas into plans and daily execution that deliver high-quality products.
Proven success delivering end-to-end technical programs through effective execution while meeting quality and performance goals.
The ability to design specific solutions that scale into systems benefiting broader communities.
The ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and limited resources.
Knowledge of user needs scoping planning execution and delivery best practices.
Exceptional communication skills with both technical and program stakeholders.
A self-starter mentality with a high degree of independence and drive.
A flexible approach to processknowing when to apply it as a tool to support the teams success.
