Job Summary
A leading player in the HR sector is looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple projects and ensure efficient delivery of strategic initiatives. Your Mission
Manage multiple ongoing projects each with its own scope and stakeholders
Work with internal clients to achieve desired business benefits based on solid business cases
Collaborate across departments to design and implement effective solutions within defined budget timing and scope
Communicate regularly and transparently with all stakeholders
Facilitate testing feedback loops and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement
Maintain an overview of all initiatives ensuring alignment and productive collaboration between teams
Your Profile
Bachelors or Masters degree (Project Management experience is a strong plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented mindset able to prioritize collective success over individual goals
Highly organized and resilient under pressure; comfortable managing tight deadlines
Curious and eager to expand your knowledge in IT-related domains
Fluent in Dutch French and English
