About the Role
Were seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive growth across the Central Asia region. Youll be working with leading institutions in crypto Web3 fintech and financial services helping clients adopt secure and scalable digital asset solutions.
What Youll Do
Own and deliver monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Build and nurture long-term client relationships
Drive new business through prospecting territory and account planning
Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers BDRs and wider GTM teams
Maintain accurate pipelines and reporting within CRM
What Youll Bring
Proven enterprise sales experience in software fintech blockchain or financial services
Strong understanding of blockchain digital assets and cryptocurrency
A consistent track record of exceeding targets and closing complex deals
Entrepreneurial hunter mindset with strong prospecting skills
Fluent in Russian with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders
Team-oriented approach and strong collaboration skills
- Fluency in Russian is essential
