This Chef de Partie position reporting to the Executive Chef will be part of the Naumi Wellington Kitchen team responsible for managing our busy operations. The Kitchen team prepares a daily guest breakfast daily team lunches catering for conferences and events and dinner service at Lola Rouge a culinary exploration of Asian-inspired cuisines using locally sourced ingredients.
The opportunity is for a full-time permanent role 40 hours of work per week between Monday to Sunday as per roster.
