The Role:

Repair maintain and monitor the operation of assigned electronic gaming devices. Participate in moves of slot-related equipment. Create a memorable experience by providing excellent guest service.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a pleasant friendly and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal customers at all times.
• Be able to deal with high-volume customer interactions and be consistently outgoing upbeat and cheerful.
• Build guest relations throughout every shift by talking with customers making them feel welcome and comfortable and inviting them back.
• Handle routine customer complaints and incidents and exhibit the appropriate discretion to identify situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel; seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships.
• Ensure slot-playing guests are kept in play by providing friendly and helpful service at all interactions.
• Utilize open body language to guests on the casino floor while patrolling; politely speak with and assist guests as needed.
• Troubleshoot repair and maintain slot-related equipment on the casino floor and in the slot shop.
• Participate in the installation movement and removal of slot-related equipment.
• Maintain proper logs in compliance with Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and internal controls.
• Understand and adhere to all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and any other applicable federal state and/or local regulations.
• Promptly and professionally respond to all calls.
• Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Ensure the safety and security of all customers and team members.
• Comply with all policies and procedures established by Ballys Kansas City Casino and departmental management.
• Perform other duties as assigned or reasonably requested by any member of management.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• A two-year degree in the electronics field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
