Overview:
As a Commercial General Liability Claims Adjuster you will be responsible for managing and resolving commercial general liability claims. Your role will involve investigating claims assessing coverage and negotiating settlements to ensure fair and accurate resolutions. You will work closely with various stakeholders to deliver efficient claims handling and maintain high customer service standards.
Compensation:
- $75000 - $85000/year

Job Description
- Investigate and manage commercial general liability claims from inception to resolution.
- Analyze and interpret insurance policies and coverage details.
- Conduct thorough investigations including interviews site inspections and gathering necessary documentation.
- Evaluate damages and determine liability based on collected information.
- Negotiate settlements with claimants attorneys and other involved parties.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of experience handling general liability claims
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies coverage and industry regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Active NY Adjusters License a plus!
- Litigation experience is required
