Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely accurate and friendly support to customers via phone email and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products services orders billing and account issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to solve complex cases and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to offer precise and helpful solutions.
- Log and track customer inquiries in the system ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Meet or exceed customer service performance targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in English for internal communication and documentation.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
