We are actively seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team onsite. This position is critical to maintaining strong relationships with our customers by handling order requests providing product information and resolving routine inquiries. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain professional and communicative relationships with all customers via telephone email fax or through sales representatives
- Process customer requests for orders stock status shipping information price quotations order changes adjustments and cancellations
- Provide accurate updates on shipping status for in-stock and backordered items
- Answer common questions related to product availability and pricing
- Resolve routine customer service issues and escalate complex problems to supervisors
- Partner with supervisors or product managers to process returns and issue proper credits
- Perform light administrative tasks such as filing sampling and mailing
- Assist with receptionist duties as needed
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or related roles (minimum years can be specified here)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in handling routine inquiries and problem-solving
- Comfortable working onsite during regular business hours
