Job Description
- Represent clients in civil litigation defense matters from case intake through resolution
- Handle discovery depositions motion practice mediations and trial preparation
- Draft pleadings briefs and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail
- Appear in court as needed and communicate directly with clients
- Manage caseload independently while also collaborating with senior attorneys
- Contribute to firm strategy case development and long-term client relationships
Qualifications
- Licensed attorney with the State Bar of California (required)
- Minimum 1 year of civil litigation defense experience
- Strong research writing and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Trial experience or genuine interest in trial work is a plus
