Requirements:
Candidate will have minimum 3 years of experience with various intellectual property matters including patent and/or trade secret litigation within a major law firm setting (experience will be current or very recent) ; Keen ability to provide sophisticated accurate analyses and counseling on highly technical matters.
Stellar academic credentials (Law Review and/or Moot Court accolades) ; Undergrad degree in computer science electrical engineering mathematics or physics (preferred) ; Strong drafting research and verbal & written communication skills required ; NY Bar.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Representing a diverse clientele in some of the most high-stakes cutting-edge matters in areas including electronics medical devices computer software hardware semiconductors and life sciences technologies.
- Drafting pleadings.
- Conducting discovery.
- Arguing motions before the court.
- Navigating the complex procedures of federal court.
- Providing information as needed.
- Analyzing infringement/validity.
- Performing legal research on complex patent/tech issues.
