Role Overview
Join our clients dynamic team as a Producing Sales Manager specializing in staffing and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). This pivotal role blends hands-on B2B sales with leadership driving revenue growth and expanding market presence in Western New York (Rochester Buffalo). Youll lead a high-performing team of 3-4 sales representatives but could be as high as 7 to 8 while actively securing new clients and fostering lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
- Drive new business development by selling staffing services and RPO solutions to businesses across industries.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline targeting decision-makers to exceed revenue goals.
- Strengthen client relationships ensuring high satisfaction retention and repeat business.
Team Management
- Lead mentor and inspire a team of 3-4 sales representatives cultivating a collaborative high-energy culture.
- Set and track team performance metrics providing coaching to optimize individual and group success.
- Partner with HR to recruit onboard and train new team members to support growth.
Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in the staffing and RPO sectors.
- Analyze market trends and client needs to deliver tailored high-value solutions aligned with business objectives.
Client Engagement
- Provide customized staffing and RPO solutions positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Offer strategic insights to enhance clients recruitment processes and workforce planning.
Performance Metrics
- Meet or exceed personal and team sales quotas contributing to company-wide revenue growth.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) to track sales activities pipeline progress and performance.
Qualifications
Required
- Proven success in staffing sales and RPO sales within a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment while working independently.
- Willingness to travel within Western New York (Rochester Buffalo) as needed.
Preferred
Experience in team leadership or sales management is a plus.
Knowledge of the Western New York market particularly Rochester and Buffalo.
