Job Summary

Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager Riyadh

The Assistant Restaurant Manager helps oversee daily restaurant operations by supporting staff managing inventory ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding food safety and health regulations. Key responsibilities include assisting with staff scheduling and training handling customer issues ordering supplies and contributing to the restaurants profitability and smooth professional operation. This role requires strong leadership communication and customer service skills with a focus on team development and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management: Recruit train onboard and supervise restaurant staff while providing ongoing training and performance feedback.
Customer Service: Ensure excellent guest experiences by resolving complaints coaching staff on service standards and maintaining a positive dining atmosphere.
Inventory and Supplies: Manage inventory order necessary supplies negotiate with vendors and track food and beverage costs to maintain profitability.
Operations: Assist with opening and closing the restaurant create staff schedules and ensure efficient daily operations across all service areas.
Compliance and Standards: Enforce health and safety regulations proper food handling procedures and company policies to ensure quality and compliance.
Financial Support: Assist with budgeting record-keeping managing cash transactions and monitoring sales and expenses.
