Youll be working directly with our Sydney team - this is real client work not call center or BPO work.

What Youll Do

Daily Tasks:

  • Answer phones and emails from clients in a friendly professional way
  • Keep client files organized and up-to-date
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Follow up with clients when we need information

What Were Looking For

Experience:

  • At least 3 years working in a virtual office environment

Skills:

  • Good English communication (speaking and writing)
  • Friendly phone manner for talking with clients
  • Reliable and able to work independently from home
  • Attention to detail

What We Offer

  • Good Pay: PHP 35000 - 40000 monthly plus 13th month bonus
  • Work from Home: Permanent remote setup with equipment provided
