As an Operations Associate youll play a key role in ensuring our customers and internal teams can seamlessly use the platform. Youll collaborate closely with sales and customer teams to configure backend instances manage demo environments and support operational workflows that keep everything running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented who thrives in structured processes and enjoys making systems work efficiently.

What Youll Do

Partner with sales and customer success to set up new platform instances and configure customer accounts in the backend.
Manage demo environments including setting up and shutting down instances as needed.
Execute and maintain custom configurations for both internal and external use cases.
Follow operational workflows to ensure accuracy consistency and timely delivery.
Support process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements.

Who You Are

You bring several years of experience in data entry operations or administrative roles where precision and consistency are key.
You are comfortable following structured workflows and product-related processes.
You have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once without sacrificing detail.
You enjoy working cross-functionally and collaborating with different teams.
