Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Define coordinate and evolve the technical architecture vision for the Infrastructure domain.
Ensure alignment and coherence across deployed technical solutions meeting business needs and company standards.
Structure and lead architecture governance in collaboration with Solution Architecture Security and Operations teams.
Provide technical guidance and validation throughout the lifecycle of critical projects.
Promote resilience performance and security integrating ISO 27001 requirements into practices and designs.
Document technical architectures and facilitate knowledge transfer to operational teams.
Lead mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team fostering collaboration best practices and technical excellence.

Virtualization: Hyper-V VMware
Backup & Disaster Recovery: Veeam
Databases: Oracle Microsoft SQL Server
Operating Systems: Windows Server Linux
Physical Infrastructure: Compute storage network
Cloud: Hybrid environment with Azure components
Automation: Terraform Ansible
Compliance: ISO 27001

Profile

Required Experience & Skills:

Significant experience in technical architecture within complex environments (on-premise & cloud)
Proven leadership or technical coordination experience
Strong expertise in virtualized infrastructure databases and backup solutions
Solid understanding of hybrid cloud architectures and automation practices
High sensitivity to system security and resilience
Familiarity with ISO 27001 certification requirements
Ability to document and model technical architectures (HLD LLD)
Demonstrated experience as an Infrastructure & Systems Technical Architect in a similar environment (minimum 5 years senior level)
Experience managing technical teams of 10 people (minimum 5 years senior level)
Proven experience with hybrid on-premise/cloud infrastructures in organizations with 1000 users (minimum 3 years medior level)
Mastery of virtualization (Hyper-V and/or VMware)
Experience with automation / Infrastructure as Code (Ansible Terraform etc.)

Behavioral Competencies:

Strong federative leadership; ability to mobilize and inspire multidisciplinary teams
Excellent communication pedagogical skills and collaborative spirit
Rigorous results-oriented and holistic systems vision
High technical credibility and reference posture for teams

Language Requirements:

French: CEFR C2 level (native or near-native)
English: CEFR C1 level (advanced)
