Job Description

Permanent Band F
15 hours per week - 39 weeks per year

The children staff and governors of St. Josephs wish to appoint a passionate inspirational person to work as an Attendance Lead/Family Support Worker. The successful candidate must share our vision of providing the highest standards of achievement care and personal development for every child and be committed to achieving such standards in their daily work.

We are looking for someone who:

Has excellent practice and high expectations of all children.

Experienced in delivering intervention programmes.
Can empathise with young people facing barriers to learning.

Is calm when under pressure.
Is able to adapt quickly to change
