- Research adapt and refine literacy curriculum for use by adult learners who are dear or hard of hearing.
- Regular posting of tutor roles on sites such as AARP Volunteer Match etc.
- Coordinate social media posts for tutor recruiting through Anixter Literacy and Anixter Center accounts.
- Regular outreach to select organizations for tutor recruiting such as AmeriCorps Illinois Retired Teacher Association etc.
- Work with Literacy Coordinator to recruit appropriate tutor volunteers and coordinate necessary training.
- Helping manage tutor pipeline and onboarding including recruitment application process training etc.
