**Job Title: Private Duty Attendant / Provider / C.N.A.**
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Private Duty Attendant / Provider / Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) to join our home care team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for assisting individuals with their daily living activities in the comfort of their own homes. This role is crucial in providing high-quality personalized care that enhances the well-being and quality of life for each client.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including meal preparation cleaning and organizing.
- Monitor and report changes in health status and provide timely updates to family members and healthcare providers.
- Facilitate physical and emotional well-being by engaging clients in conversation recreational activities and exercise.
- Follow and implement care plans designed by healthcare professionals to ensure tailored care.
- Safely administer prescribed medications under the guidance and supervision of healthcare providers.
- Ensure a safe and comforting environment for clients by adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation for each shift.
**Qualifications:**
- Must be a certified Nursing Assistant with a valid certification in good standing.
- Previous experience in home healthcare eldercare or long-term care settings is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality patient care with empathy and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently manage time effectively and handle responsibilities with a high degree of integrity.
- CPR and First Aid certification are highly desirable.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area as required.
