Job Summary
Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Location: Severn Beach Bristol
Salary: 35000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent

Were seeking a results-driven professional with strong analytical capabilities and a sharp commercial mindset to lead internal projects streamline operations and manage key supplier and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage internal supply chain projects focused on efficiency and performance
Oversee and optimise cost control strategies across procurement warehousing and logistics
Prepare and deliver internal reports covering stock levels KPIs delivery performance and costs
Maintain strong working relationships with customers transport providers and business partners
Handle and resolve supply chain claims service disputes and delivery issues
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve overall supply chain planning and accuracy
Ensure compliance with internal processes client SLAs and industry best practices
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in a supply chain logistics or operations management role
Excellent analytical skills confident working with data KPIs and reports
Strong communication skills able to liaise with clients partners and internal teams
Experience leading internal improvement projects or cost-saving initiatives
Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset
Comfortable managing disputes and driving resolutions diplomatically
