Sales-Oriented Customer Success Representative (SDR-Style)
Location: Remote (Latin America preferred)
Compensation: USD $1800 $2500/month commission
Industry: Automotive Glass Replacement & Repair
Schedule: Full-Time 40 hrs/week CST coverage (7 AM7 PM shift-based possible)
About the Role
We are hiring bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales-Oriented Customer Success Representatives to support a growing automotive services business. This role blends customer service sales and account follow-up. Youll handle inbound calls close deals and ensure every customer receives reliable and professional service.
This is an urgent high-impact hire successful candidates will form the foundation of a larger sales and customer success team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from Spanish- and English-speaking customers providing product and service information.
- Background in service industries or B2C sales environments.
- Convert inquiries into appointments and sales explaining value and options clearly.
- Proactively follow up on scheduled appointments reminders and pending quotes.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and convert them into revenue.
- Track and manage all customer details within the proprietary CRM (training provided).
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism ensuring a positive experience.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
- Previous experience in sales SDR or customer service roles.
- Strong verbal communication persuasion and rapport-building skills.
- High accountability reliable attendance and proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work CST-aligned shifts (7 AM7 PM CST coverage).

- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Experience in U.S.-based customer support or call center environments.
