Job Summary
Ray Laethem is looking to hire a full time service scheduler. At Ray Laethem dealership we are committed to delivering top tier customer service and automotive expertise. Were currently seeking a friendly organized and detail oriented Service Scheduler to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued customers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer all incoming service related phone calls
- Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately
- Cash out customers for both sales and service transactions
- Reconcile the daily cash drawer
- File and scan service documents promptly
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Computer Literate to use basic software and scheduling tools
- Valid Drivers License
- Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
- Previous experience in an automotive or customer facing roles is a plus
- Familiaritywith dealership managementsystems and DMS systems is a plus
