Responsibilities

Lead the overall project across R&D supply chain quality and commercial aspects of the move of the Manufacturing sourcing from the company (MEU region) to the New EM in Mexico Panovo. You will lead the coordination of manufacturing product and packaging changes through effective project planning execution control and a strong sense of ownership.

• Manage assigned project through the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure ensuring delivery on time within scope and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules and risk registers.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration ensuring alignment of deliverables across R&D Supply Chain Quality Marketing and Regulatory.
• Lead status meetings and manage project communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Monitor and control project performance proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure data integrity.
• Apply project management best practices following company methodologies and frameworks.

Shift

• 5 years experience in project coordination execution or product commercialization within FMCG or related industries.
• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Food Science or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of project management processes and tools.
• Strong organizational communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• PMP certificate and MS Project experience are a plus.
