Project Manager Rigging and Field Services

We are currently seeking an experienced Rigging and Field Services Project Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will lead and control all aspects of rigging projects in areas such as manufacturing power pharmaceutical chemical and tire manufacturing to support timely and accurate completion of projects as well as efficient and safe work environments.

Summary: Responsible for the successful estimating and managing Rigging & Erection projects according to Hohs standards and expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Works closely with client other project management and supervision on a daily basis to prepare plan develop and oversee site projects establish priorities and assign resources or capital.
• Provides estimating and cost analysis inclusive of detailed proposals in accordance with project specifications.
• Manages all activities associated with materials budgeting and production for assigned project(s).
• Uses extensive knowledge of project scheduling bids take offs change orders and contracts to properly identify and process scope changes address issues communicate regarding project milestones etc.
• Continuously develops relationships and assists in winning projects.
• Plans and schedules resources to meet project demands.
• Ensures al equipment tools and employees assigned to project operate in accordance with government regulations customer requirements and company policy and safety requirements.
• Manages mentors and develops team.
• Routinely provides updated reports of project statuses to Senior Management.
• Travels to jobsites on a regular basis to oversee projects.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Qualification Requirements:

• BS Degree in Engineering or Associate Degree in Construction Related Field or an equivalent amount of experience in manufacturing power chemical and tire manufacturing markets managing projects with high complexity.
• Ten (10) or more years of experience moving equipment with knowledge of jacks dollies forklifts and gantries
• Advanced knowledge of rigging/equipment moving techniques.
• Demonstrated success in team leadership process adherence ownership/commitment learning agility and risk management capabilities.
• The ability to think strategically and establish and manage plans while building and fostering relationships.
• Strong knowledge of safety and relevant OSHA requirements and regulations.
