ROLE: IT SERVICE DESK MANAGER/PROJECT MANAGER

REQUIRED:

• ELIGIBILITY FOR FAVORABLE U.S. DHS SUITABILITY INVESTIGATION
  

• Ability to work onsite when needed at one of three locations in Arlington VA.
• Ability to support 24x7x365 IT Support program deliverables & pers0nnel.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in managing information technology IT service desk
• Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a relevant field
  • Five (5) years experience in lieu of Bachelors degree
• ITIL4 and HDI Support Center Manager
  (HDISCM) certifications

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for overseeing the TOC teams including their performance growth and development.

Manage incidents and changes. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders. Foster customer relationships.

Manage the Call Center and Ticket Resolutions in accordance with the established SLAs.
