Who We AreAt Parker Academy we do school a little differently. Were a private middle and high school in Concord NH dedicated to supporting non-traditional learners. Our classes are intentionally small (25 students) which means more connection more creativity and more space to meet each student where they a trauma-informed relationship-based community of educators who value teamwork positivity and purposeful learning. Youll often find us outsideon our wooded campus exploring the Winant trails or out in the community putting learning into action through service projects and life skills focus is clear: create an environment where students can thrive academically socially and emotionallywhile building a strong collaborative team that makes that SummaryWere looking for a teacher who is as flexible as they are curioussomeone who can roll with the unexpected laugh at the little things and see each day as a fresh opportunity. This role involves teaching a range of middle and high school classes with the emphasis on building relationships and helping students succeed both academically and students are bright creative and complexthey need a teacher who is ready to support both their learning and their emotional needs. That means patience humor and the ability to meet students where they are while helping them be joining a collaborative team that truly has each others backs.
