Job Summary

Job Title: Technical Service Engineer
Location: Mumbai Ghatkopar

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Technical Service Engineer. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of hands-on experience in cooling tower chemical treatment boiler chemical treatment and RO plant AMC and chemical treatment. This role involves independently managing client service requirements troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance of water treatment systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit client sites to service and maintain cooling towers boilers and RO plants ensuring proper chemical treatment and plant performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in cooling water treatment boiler water treatment and RO operations independently.
Perform on-site water testing and interpret results to recommend corrective actions.
Monitor chemical dosing systems plant performance parameters and ensure compliance with service standards.
Maintain service logs and prepare basic reports after each visit.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Provide basic training to client operators on plant upkeep and chemical handling.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma/Degree in Chemistry Chemical Engineering Environmental Science or related field.
23 years of relevant experience in cooling tower and boiler chemical treatment RO plant AMC and water treatment chemical application.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for water treatment systems.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client sites.
Good communication skills and client-handling abilities.
Willingness to travel locally within Mumbai and surrounding areas.
