Job Description
The Theatre Bar at The End of The Wharf offers diners and event guests a relaxed dining space overlooking one of Australias most iconic views. Seating approximately 120 the venue attracts pre- and post-theatre diners as well as being a popular bar in its own right drawing consistent patronage from the general public thanks to its spectacular views great food and relaxed friendly environment.We are currently looking for a permanent Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our culinary team and be part of this vibrant and dynamic venue.
About the role
- Based at Pier 4 Dawes Point close to the Harbour Bridge
- Work closely with the Sous and Head Chefs to ensure efficient food production and quality control
- Run your own section in a busy pre-theatre environment
- Ensure the highest standards of presentation and quality
- Lunch and dinner shifts rotate Monday to Sunday
- Annual salary at $77000 plus super

- Experience in fast paced a la carte service
