Engage with customers via phone email and web to provide quotes technical support and order updates
Research product information and collaborate with manufacturing partners to deliver effective solutions
Manage backorders and escalate customer needs to ensure on-time delivery and satisfaction
Provide technical feedback and guidance to meet customer requirements
Work with internal engineering and sales teams on project support and customer solutions
Contribute to warehouse operations such as shipping stocking and receiving as needed
Previous experience in industrial inside sales or customer service
Knowledge of selling to MRO OEM or end-user markets
Residence in the Boston area
Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach
Ability to quickly learn and apply technical product knowledge
