What were looking for:
Degree in IT or similar
Proven experience managing IT projects in agile traditional or hybrid environments
Ability to manage timelines teams and budgets with a focus on value delivery
Experience in software development lifecycle & business change projects
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with tools like Jira Confluence MS Project or similar
Project management certifications (e.g. PMI CAPM SCRUM) are a plus
Experience in managing and coordinating teams both internal and external to the Public Administration is valued;
Good English level
Dynamism and sense of responsibility;
Ability to work under pressure and take initiative problem-solving and negotiation skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams in a remote/hybrid work environment.
