Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic Cyberculture Project Managerto strengthen a cybersecurity and IT risk context focused on phishing testingactivities and cyber awareness initiatives across multiple professional will act as the central coordinator of phishing campaigncalendars tool adoption and partner networks working closely withcyberculture correspondents in different countries.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Ensure the interoperability of the phishing testingplatform guaranteeing that all entities can operate in analigned and standardized manner;

Take ownership of phishing test campaign calendarsfor all organizational domains;

Prepare and execute phishing test campaigns onbehalf of operated entities;

Provide supportmentoring and training on the phishing test tool toCyberculture correspondents;

Act as a proposalforce to design new cyber awareness initiatives and methods;

Serve as the single contact point with the solutionsupplier activating networks and moving adoption forward;

Produce and present reporting on all campaignsand on phishing test activity during steering committees seminars andtechnical forums;

Lead meetings committees and seminars aimed atinspiring commitment to cyber maturity.

Technical Skills

General knowledge of IT and IT security processesand regulatory frameworks;

Understanding of technical and application architectureprinciples related to phishing testing and cyber awareness;

Ability to understand data and IT systemsanalyze cybersecurity and ITrisk impacts;

Familiarity with SQL and Excel for metricsfollow-up;

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments;

Strong capacity for documentation summarization and problemsolving in a cybersecurity context.

Language Skills (Mandatory for Interview)

Spanish Fluent (C1/C2) the interview will be conducted in Spanish;

Portuguese Fluent (C1) mandatory;

English Mastery (B2 minimum) mandatory for international collaboration;

French Practice/Professional nice to have.
